This is a 3 Week Virtual Class that you can do from the comforts of your own home.

In this class You are asked to:

  • Follow The 3 Step Process

 

Each week you will follow my simple  3 Step Process Which Includes:

  1. Building A Positive Mindset
  2. Walking Routine
  3. Developing A Healthy Eating Plan

Week One:

  •   For the next 7 days you will focus on nurturing your inner motivation by using the power of affirmations and visualization techniques.
  •   You will learn safety techniques to prevent injury and develop a walking workout routine for the week.
  •   You will introduce a food log to help you keep track of what you are eating each day.

Week Two:

  • For the next 7 days you will incorporate short meditation techniques as you continue to  focus on nurturing your inner motivation by using the power of affirmations and visualization techniques.
  • For the next 7 days increase you walking speed, and learn to include lite weights, target toning your upper body (arms, back, chest, and shoulders).
  • For the next 7 days, you will introduce new healthy foods to you diet.

Week Three:

  • You will introduce EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) as  you continue to nurture your inner motivation by using the power of affirmations.
  • For the next 7 days you will introduce interval walking as well as toning the lower body.
  • For the next 7 days, you will introduce new healthy foods to you diet.
