How to support the Life Path 7 Introvert!

newproject_1_original“I am a introvert…I love being by myself, I love being outdoors, I love taking a long walk with my dogs and looking at the trees, flowers, the sky.”

-Audrey Hepburn

Out of all the paths that #introverts walk in this life,  the path of the 7 is the most unique. 7’s are by nature analytical, spiritual, and are very comfortable with spending lots of time by themselves. They are the seekers of this world! Deep and reflective, they are in search of the meaning of life.

7’s out of all of the types, they feel the most socially awkward! You will often hear them make statements that they don’t feel as if they belong in this world.

They can easily get so immersed in their feelings that they shut you out. They may have difficulty believing that you actually love them.

They are not joiners and don’t really care to be. They often walk to the beat of their own drum.

They have an intense energy and have a flair for the dramatic. They are creative and passionate about the things that matter most to them.

How to support them:

Give them time to be totally alone with their own feelings and thoughts!

Allow them to have a creative outlet to express themselves!

Encourage them to spend time outdoors in nature.

Don’t allow them to drag you into their melancholy, hypersensitive funk where they belittle themselves and talk about not being worthy to live. Stay calm and centered because most of the time the intense emotion will fade…

If you disagree with them, let them know that you still love and care for them.

Allow them to find their own faith or spiritual path. It is vital for them to have faith in a higher power, or in something that is good. Trust, Faith and Equanimity  are the key virtues that  these introverts are on a path to embrace…
